The important lesson about Christmas is really giving. God promised to give his son for us, and his son gave his life for us. I know my comic is a small thing, but having experienced harsh unemployment myself in the past (to the point of losing my home) I know how any little thing can help.

So, if you are unemployed, and you’d like a copy of my book for a diversion, maybe to bring a little cheer or just something to help you forget for an hour or two, please contact me. I will send you a link where you can download the book for free.

If you know someone who is not a Marooned reader but is still unemployed and might enjoy it, please pass the news around. And obviously it goes without saying that you shouldn’t just say you are unemployed to get a free copy right? :)

Unemployed? Contact me for a free book (in PDF form).

The digital version of Out of Orbit is now available. Click the “buy” button in the blue square box on the book page or the “buy” button under the book cover in the left sidebar.

After you pay, you will be directed to a Payloadz link where you can download the PDF. Enjoy!

Since I don’t have a forum, I made a page where you can talk back about Out of Orbit. Just please don’t post spoilers about Payload :)

The page is here

When I found out Lora Innes was putting together a group of comic creators to raise awareness for human trafficking, I had to toss my hat into the ring. The Comic Creator’s Alliance brings Web Comic Creators together from all over the world to put together single drawing which will be available as a downloadable wallpaper for readers who donate to the fund raising drive.

Each creator is submitting art of one of their female characters. I’ve just finished mine, Lian of course. (Many thanks to Steve for a second pair of eyes, he helped a lot.) Please go to the website and check out the Comic Creator’s Alliance.

Just got back from the post office – all the books have been sent out :) If you are a US customer, you will definitely get the book before Christmas, because they ended up ALL having to go priority mail since the package was too heavy. Oops! My goof, your benefit :)

I hope you all enjoy the book, so far the feedback has been good. I’m going to make a page for book feedback so we can chat about it if you like. I’ll post that this week.
