Who knew Bob had a toy from the 80’s up his sleeve?
Poll: If you’ll notice there’s a little poll over in the right sidebar about how you found Marooned. Please take a moment and cast a vote, it will really help me with the strip. Thanks!

old ernő rubik would be proud.
or it’s a plug from “dude, where’s my car?” you know, the continuum transfunctioner.

Care bears are evil. And I didn’t see the dude movie…maybe I should. But I love the sound of “continuum transfunctioner” - awesome!

I love it when comicers and bloggers put an extra thing in just for readers of the RSS feed to see. Dinosaur Comics’ RSS titles, for instance. This time, we got two extra comics!
As for the comic itself, I love how the alien’s color matches his speech bubble color exactly.
When he’s teleporting (or TIME-TRAVELING O:) in, is that thing on his face an eye? Where’s its pair?

LOL super, if I only knew what was going with my RSS feed, I’d fix it. Currently looking into it now. Thanks for the comments.
Yes, on the Geborga’s face, he has two eyes visible, but no other facial features. Here’s a strip of one in non-teleport mode.

ooh! I never can figure those time-cube-thingies out! I like the new site design too, btw

Thanks Stormy
P.S. In high school I could solve one of these in under a minute (44 secs I think). Those days are LONG gone!

Oooooohhhh… glowy!
Rubik’s cube are the DEVIL! Well… ok… last time i actually had one I was about 7 and I was moving the stickers around to make it look like I had solved it.

Moving stickers! lol…hey that gives me ideas…

A Rubik’s cube! Have I told you how much I l like Bob? It’s diabolical schemes like his that get me up in the morning.
October 20th, 2008 at 8:57 pm
Thanks Danny! Believe me, he works VERY hard on his schemes to make people miserable…I mean happy.

i think you shouldn’t. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZE37dWWRKw8
it’s a crappy movie, but it has it’s moments. and i think you’re waay out of it’s targeted audience.

Yeah I don’t really like either one of those guys anyway, it looks like a pretty lame flick.

Hi!

I like your comic very much, I can’t wait for the continuation
And I’m also proud, that there’s a Rubik’s cube as the “device” of Bob, I’m from Mr. Rubick’s country

Thanks Gergely! So glad you are enjoying it, that always makes my day to hear that. We loved the Rubik’s cube in High School - we spent months trying to work it out as fast as we could. Good times.

I guess Bob’s the new black, eh? I like the new site design (though with my crappy computer I have to use IE6 and some things aren’t too good with that.)
(bah! I forgot to submit this yesterday!)

Oh no! Hilarious! Well Bob would maybe fit right in with that guy, so maybe it’s well named. Too funny, thanks for pointing that out.
