Just got back from the post office – all the books have been sent out 
If you are a US customer, you will definitely get the book before Christmas, because they ended up ALL having to go priority mail since the package was too heavy. Oops! My goof, your benefit
I hope you all enjoy the book, so far the feedback has been good. I’m going to make a page for book feedback so we can chat about it if you like. I’ll post that this week.

Were they ringing you up for first class? I can see it being too heavy for that, but a single book shouldn’t be too heavy for media mail by a long stretch.
Hope that didn’t cost you all your profit on the book. I can’t wait to get mine in the mail! (I’ll be looking for it on Wednesday.)
In this case First Class was better than Media mail. Not a big deal
