Just got back from the post office – all the books have been sent out 
If you are a US customer, you will definitely get the book before Christmas, because they ended up ALL having to go priority mail since the package was too heavy. Oops! My goof, your benefit

Were they ringing you up for first class? I can see it being too heavy for that, but a single book shouldn’t be too heavy for media mail by a long stretch.
Hope that didn’t cost you all your profit on the book. I can’t wait to get mine in the mail! (I’ll be looking for it on Wednesday.)
In this case First Class was better than Media mail. Not a big deal
