55 – Bzzt and Pop

I wanted to spend more time on this one to play with the lighting effects, but there’s just not enough time in the day. This was actually the second version of the strip, I spent a couple hours on version one before I realized, basically it stunk. Let me tell you, there’s nothing like the feeling of having to start over completely from scratch and losing the whole day that you thought you gained. Ah well.

In any event, I’m sure glad Asimov is back. I missed him.

    I know man… I can’t seem to do half the stuff I want to do in a single size most of the time. Oh well!

    My favorite yet. Panels shaped like Asimov’s… screen? and I think it’s the funniest one too.

    Noooo! The lighting doesn’t affect speech bubbles so the color no longer matches the bananabirds’. (I’m pretty sure they’re called “bananabirds”.)

    I agree with Daniel that it’s the funniest!

    OH COOL! POV robot activation is awesome! Way to flex your sci-fi imagery.

    What does the strip on his forehead do? Will Asimov have advanced sass powers? Moxy +1?
