I wanted to spend more time on this one to play with the lighting effects, but there’s just not enough time in the day. This was actually the second version of the strip, I spent a couple hours on version one before I realized, basically it stunk. Let me tell you, there’s nothing like the feeling of having to start over completely from scratch and losing the whole day that you thought you gained. Ah well.
In any event, I’m sure glad Asimov is back. I missed him.

asimov made a funny after reboot. just like my windows.
LOL Bach!
Lookit that – advancing the story, and a drop of humor. Can do both? Can do both.
Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while
Nice. You realize that pretty soon we’re going to be expecting double-sized strips!
I know man… I can’t seem to do half the stuff I want to do in a single size most of the time. Oh well!
Great point of view, great staging ! This comic keeps getting better and better !
My favorite yet. Panels shaped like Asimov’s… screen? and I think it’s the funniest one too.
very nice on the visuals!
(give yourself a pat on the back.)
and i agree,it’s nice to have the walking talking trash can back.
Noooo! The lighting doesn’t affect speech bubbles so the color no longer matches the bananabirds’. (I’m pretty sure they’re called “bananabirds”.)
I agree with Daniel that it’s the funniest!
Hey thanks guys! I really appreciate the comments. Yes Daniel, it’s Asimov’s screen.
So is Asimov happy that John isn’t around or that Bob is still on the loose?
I believe that would be the first one. Why would he be happy that Bob is still loose?
Something new about Asimov?…hmmm…is it that strip on his “forehead?”
Well at least SOMEBODY is paying attention!
OH COOL! POV robot activation is awesome! Way to flex your sci-fi imagery.
What does the strip on his forehead do? Will Asimov have advanced sass powers? Moxy +1?
Moxy +1 – I like it. Sounds like a power modifier in some RPG game
You and Tony get the most observant awards this week!
I didn’t see it. ah well… you win some, you lose some.
Tom: It is a p.m.i.s.R.g.! An RPG game which I highly recommend: Kingdom of Loathing.
