I’m settling in to posting on Mondays. My hope is to get extra bonus strips in when I can. I already have the next one inked so you can expect at least one extra strip this week. If you like the strip, please help me out by letting your friends know!
Hmm, I guess there are little green men on Mars after all! I appreciate all the positive comments I’ve gotten so far (whether on the site or via e-mail). I’m going to shoot for Mondays as my weekly posting day. However, I hope to post more than once weekly, it will just depend on how much time I have. Right now I have had some extra time, so I wanted to get the first set of strips posted. Working on the next one right now – will be posted no later than Monday.
It seems we have a visitor. I hope to have the next strip posted some time this weekend.
I guess ASIMOV is somewhat of an antagonist. That’s okay, something is going to happen that will distract them from their petty bickering, at least for awhile.
Today we get a sense of how ASIMOV feels about John. Not exactly getting off on the right foot, are they?
Hello and welcome to the first strip of “Marooned.” I designed these characters sometime in 2006, and played around with creating a strip. I finally seriously sat down in early 2007 and began drawing the strip to publish it as a webcomic.
The story is about a Captain landing the first manned mission on Mars, with the first fully artificially intelligent robot as his companion. As you can see, we have an immediate problem. And Captain John and ASIMOV don’t seem to get along real well… enjoy.
