Previously on Marooned…
While attempting to send a message to Earth, John fell ill. Ugo brought him to the Volotrum (also called The Dark Ones), his only remaining chance to be healed. The Listener, an apprentice of the Dark Ones – a human woman named Lian Fisher who crashed on Mars years ago – agreed to heal John. In doing so, she fell into some kind of coma – but returned in the nick of time with miraculous powers to help defeat the lizard-like Krosa. In the battle, Ugo’s wounds have revealed him as some kind of robot or machine, making Captain John more confused than ever!

Well, it wouldn’t be the first time the Doctor left a K-9 or other “help” behind for one reason or another.

Ah seems like this is the last of the hearing ones for awhile. I’m thinking since Ugo has a people to go back to that he must be a cyborg rather than a full on android. I guess we’ll get to his story soon enough.
